<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A major infrastructure supplier located in Rajasthan, India, urgently required a high-capacity production line to supply the 325-mesh limestone powder needed for local cement and mortar manufacturing. To efficiently process the region&#8217;s relatively hard limestone (Mohs hardness 3–4), we equipped the client with a specialized limestone grinding mill. This production line successfully achieves an output capacity of 15–22 tons per hour.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Material Quality and Analysis:</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The limestone utilized in this project is sourced from the Jodhpur region, renowned for its high-density characteristics.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Benefiting from its exceptionally high calcium content, the resulting 325-mesh limestone powder demonstrates superior chemical reactivity when blended with Portland cement.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Project Advantages</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The CRRM limestone grinding mill excels at processing non-flammable and non-explosive minerals with a Mohs hardness of 7 or less and a moisture content below 6%. It efficiently grinds a wide range of materials, including limestone, marble, calcite, orthoclase, barite, dolomite, maifanite, granite, bentonite, kaolin, bauxite, gypsum, talc, fluorite, slag, red iron oxide, and iron ore. The equipment offers flexible adjustment of finished product fineness, ranging from 80 to 325 mesh. It accepts a maximum feed size of 35 mm, achieves a passing rate of ≥95% at 325 mesh, and produces a product with uniform particle size. The system operates within a highly efficient production capacity range of 11.5 to 50 tons per hour.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Primary Applications of Finished Marble Powder</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Construction &amp; Building Materials:</strong> 80–200 mesh is used locally in India as an additive for cement, dry-mix mortar, and concrete aggregates, enhancing both strength and durability.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Coatings Industry:</strong> 250–600 mesh is utilized in interior and exterior wall paints as well as faux-stone finishes; it is specifically formulated to suit India&#8217;s hot and humid climate, improving opacity and weather resistance.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Plastics &amp; Rubber:</strong> 600–1250 mesh serves as a filler for PVC, PE, and cable sheathing, increasing hardness and abrasion resistance to meet the demands of India&#8217;s manufacturing sector.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Paper Industry:</strong> 800–2000 mesh is applied in the production of coated paper and food-grade packaging paper, enhancing whiteness, smoothness, and printability.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>High-End Engineered Stone:</strong> 325–800 mesh acts as a core filler for engineered marble and quartz stone products, catering to India&#8217;s residential and commercial interior decoration markets.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Environmental Desulfurization:</strong> 150–325 mesh is used as a substitute for limestone in power plant desulfurization processes, aligning with India&#8217;s environmental protection regulations.</p>
