<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Waste tires are organic polymer materials that are difficult to degrade naturally, featuring heat resistance, mechanical damage resistance, and biodegradation resistance. Known as &#8220;black pollution&#8221;, improper disposal can trigger multiple hazards: first, occupying a large amount of land resources, with open-air stacking causing land waste; second, being flammable and prone to causing fires, which release toxic and harmful gases to pollute the environment after combustion; third, easily breeding mosquitoes and serving as a transmission vector for infectious diseases such as dengue fever; fourth, carrying a wide range and high dosage of bacteria and toxins, which cannot be fully quarantined, inspected and disinfected, and long-term accumulation will cause persistent harm to soil and water bodies.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The consumption and wear of automobile tires also generate a large amount of waste — waste tires. The definition of waste tires includes not only those old tires removed from motor vehicles that have lost their service value, but also non-conforming tires discarded directly during factory production.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Waste tires are a major category of industrial waste. Endowed with strong heat resistance, mechanical damage resistance and biodegradation resistance, they are organic polymer materials that are difficult to biodegrade naturally, and are thus referred to as &#8220;black pollution&#8221;. Failure to dispose of them in a timely manner will bring multiple hazards:</p>

Equipped with a dedicated dust collector, the dust emission concentration is lower than the industry&#8217;s environmental protection regulations. But what are the hazards when the sealing performance of the Raymond roller mill is poor? Here is a brief introduction for everyone:</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dust overflow</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A Raymond mill with poor sealing performance will experience dust overflow, which not only pollutes the workshop environment and fails to meet the environmental protection requirements of the grinding mill equipment, but also affects the health of the operators.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lubricating oil contamination</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If the sealing performance is poor, dust can easily enter the interior of the bearing, and the lubricating oil is prone to contamination. Contaminated lubricating oil cannot provide good lubrication, and the wear of the bearing will also accelerate, thereby increasing the maintenance cost of the bearing and the cost input of grinding production.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Decline in production efficiency</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The sealing performance of the Raymond mill is poor, and the material cannot be ground fully, which affects the quality of the product. Due to dust leakage, the equipment still needs to be cleaned regularly, which will greatly reduce production efficiency and affect the ideal production progress.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Internal pressure changes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Changes in sealing performance will lead to variations in the internal air pressure of the Raymond mill. This will affect the size of the internal wind force. Changes in wind force will influence production efficiency and the size of the finished powder. It may also cause the powder to be sucked back, thereby affecting the production efficiency of the mill.</p>
