To ensure the stable operation of the equipment, we need to understand the structure, working principle, and hydraulic system of the cone crusher.
The hydraulic system of the cone crusher is of vital importance for the normal operation of the equipment and the adjustment of the size of the discharge port. During normal operation, the hydraulic oil pump is responsible for injecting or discharging oil into the main shaft cylinder, thereby causing the main shaft to move up or down, adjusting the distance between the die wall and the crushing wall, and subsequently regulating the size of the discharge port.
When an unbreakable foreign object appears in the crushing chamber, the hydraulic safety system will activate, injecting hydraulic oil into the accumulator, causing the main shaft to fall and the discharge port to enlarge. The foreign object will then be discharged from the crushing chamber. After the accumulator represses the oil, the crusher resumes normal operation. If the foreign object gets stuck at the discharge port, the cavity cleaning system can further increase the discharge port to facilitate the removal of the foreign object.
The maintenance methods for the hydraulic system of the cone crusher are as follows:
- Use the same type of hydraulic oil for cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of the system and prevent damage to the equipment.
- Regularly replace the hydraulic oil. It is recommended to do so shortly after the cone crusher has stopped, when the hydraulic oil is still hot, to facilitate the clean discharge and sedimentation of the oil.
- Pay attention to dust removal to prevent dust and water from entering the hydraulic oil, in order to maintain internal cleanliness.
- When changing the hydraulic oil, be sure to use a filter and ensure its cleanliness. When refilling the oil, strictly follow the specified oil volume range.
By regularly monitoring the operating conditions and conducting maintenance, the cone crusher can operate more efficiently and enhance production output.
