Working Principle

  1. Feed Inlet: Material is fed into the crushing chamber. The inlet size determines the maximum feed size.
  2. High-Speed Rotating Hammers: Multiple hammers fixed on the rotor rotate at high speed, impacting, striking, and grinding the material within the chamber.
  3. Crushing Process: Material is shattered by the hammer impact and further reduced through inter-particle collision.
  4. Discharge Outlet: Crushed material exits through the adjustable discharge grate, allowing control over the final product size.
  5. Screen Grate (Optional): An internal screen grate with specific hole sizes allows finer particles to pass through while returning larger pieces for further crushing.
  6. Safety Devices: Modern models include overload protection systems to prevent equipment damage from excessive workload.
