What is Raymond Mill?
Raymond Mill is a high-efficiency grinding equipment commonly used for non-metallic mineral powder processing. It is suitable for various materials with Mohs hardness not more than 7 and humidity below 6%, such as heavy calcium (calcite, limestone, marble), talc, gypsum, quartz, potassium feldspar, coal, bentonite, dolomite, etc. It is widely used in mining, building materials, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, cement and other industries.
Working principle of Raymond Mill
Raymond Mill is mainly composed of main machine, analyzer, fan, finished product cyclone separator, pipeline device, motor, etc. After the material is initially crushed by the jaw crusher, it is lifted to the storage hopper and then sent to the main machine grinding chamber by the feeding device. The grinding roller in the main machine presses the grinding ring at high speed to crush and grind the material into powder. The powder is brought into the analyzer by wind power to pass through the fineness, and the powder that does not meet the requirements is sent back for grinding.
