Production Capacity: 5–15 t/h
Processable Materials: River pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, etc.
Equipment Configuration: Vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, CRS sand making machinery, etc.
Production Line Introduction:
First, large blocks of stone are crushed into smaller particles using a jaw crusher or impact crusher. These particles are then conveyed via an elevator into a storage bin to ensure a stable supply of raw materials throughout the production process. From the storage bin, the stone material is fed uniformly by a vibrating feeder into the CRS sand making machine; inside the machine, the material undergoes grinding and impact processes, gradually being processed into sand-sized particles.
After sand making, the material is classified using a vibrating screen to separate sand particles of different grain sizes. Finished sand that meets the required specifications is transported via conveyor systems to a finished product yard or storage silo, facilitating subsequent packaging or transportation. Any material with grain sizes that do not meet the standards can be returned to the sand making machine for re-processing, thereby ensuring both production efficiency and product quality.
Throughout the entire production process, dust removal equipment collects and treats airborne dust, effectively safeguarding both the environment and operational safety. Ultimately, the finished sand can be packaged using bagging machines or transported to the client’s site via bulk transport methods.
In their quest for a high-quality sand making production line, the client sought out a manufacturer with a strong reputation. Our company holds a prominent standing within the industry; we take full responsibility for our users and our equipment, and we maintain extremely rigorous quality control standards throughout the equipment design process—factors that ultimately led to our collaboration. The sand making production line configured by our company is specialized equipment designed for the production of construction-grade sand and aggregates.
Operational results have demonstrated that this system is approximately 50% to 60% more energy-efficient than traditional sand making machines. It boasts a high production capacity, and the grain size of the finished product can be customized and classified to meet the user’s specific requirements. With its low operating costs and superior performance, the system is capable of satisfying a diverse range of user needs. Our engineers provide bespoke solutions for every client, scientifically selecting equipment configurations to eliminate the need for rework and ensuring that the selected machinery remains technologically advanced for at least 3 to 5 years.
