What is Hammer Crushing?

Hammer Crusher Working Principle
Material to be crushed is fed into the hammer crusher through the feed inlet. Under the action of high-speed rotating hammer heads, the material is subjected to intense impact and mutual collision, thereby being shattered. Crushed ore meeting the required particle size is discharged through the grate bars, while larger-sized material remains in the crushing chamber, undergoing repeated compression and impact until the desired particle size is achieved.
