PC hammer crusher is a common engineering equipment, mainly used to crush large pieces of ore or rock and other raw materials into the required particle size. Its working principle is based on the rotating hammer head exerting impact force on the material at high speed to break it. This crusher has a simple structure, convenient operation, can efficiently complete the crushing task, and is suitable for a variety of industrial fields.
PC Hammer Crusher Technical Specifications
What are the features of PC Hammer Crusher?

Large and uniform crushing
The hammer crusher uses a high-speed rotating hammer to impact, hit, grind and crush the material. It has a large crushing ratio and can crush the material into uniform fine particles. It is suitable for occasions where fine crushing is required.
Strong adaptability and wide range
The PC hammer crusher is suitable for crushing a variety of materials, including coal, limestone, gypsum, ore, etc. It can crush both soft materials and materials with higher hardness, and has a wide range of applicability.
Simple structure
The structure of the hammer crusher is relatively simple, mainly composed of a casing, a rotor, a hammer, a screen plate, etc. Its maintenance and overhaul are relatively convenient, and it is easy to replace wear parts such as hammers and screen plates, which is convenient for daily maintenance and maintenance.
High efficiency and energy saving and high output
The high-speed rotating hammer is used for crushing. The equipment has a high crushing efficiency and can achieve high output. At the same time, due to the good crushing effect, the energy consumption of subsequent operations can be reduced, and energy-saving production can be achieved.
How PC Hammer Crusher Works
1 Feeding
The material enters the crusher through the feed port. The size of the feed port usually matches the specifications and output requirements of the crusher.
2 High-speed rotation
The rotor inside the crusher rotates at high speed. There are multiple hammers on the rotor. These hammers have a large linear speed due to the high-speed rotation.
3 Impact crushing
After the material enters the crusher, it is impacted by the high-speed rotating hammers and thus crushed. The impact force is the main force of crushing and can effectively crush the material.
4 Grinding effect
In addition to impact crushing, the material will also be ground inside the crusher. This is because the material will rub and collide with the inner wall of the casing, the screen plate and the hammers on the rotor during the crushing process.
5 Particle size screening
The crushed material passes through the screen plate. There are screen holes of a certain size on the screen plate. The material larger than the screen hole will be left on the screen plate for further crushing, and the material smaller than the screen hole will be discharged through the screen plate to become a finished product.
6 Discharging
The finished material is discharged from the discharge port. The size of the discharge port can be adjusted to control the size of the finished material. Unqualified large particles may re-enter the crusher for re-crushing.
