Raymond mill operation specifications and safety instructions
Before starting the Raymond Mill, comprehensive and meticulous preparation is the key to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment. First, carefully check whether all inspection doors are closed tightly to prevent powder leakage during operation; second, accurately confirm whether the gap between the jaws of the crusher and the feed particle size match to ensure smooth feeding; at the same time, adjust the analyzer speed to an approximate value according to the finished product particle size requirements. After completing the above inspection and debugging, start the Raymond Mill in strict accordance with the following order
- Start the elevator to prepare for subsequent material transportation.
- Start the jaw crusher to perform preliminary crushing of the material.
- After the material in the silo accumulates to a certain amount, start the analyzer to put it into working state.
- When starting the blower, pay attention to starting it without load, and then load it after the equipment runs stably to ensure the normal operation of the blower.
- Start the Raymond mill host, and quickly start the electromagnetic vibrating feeder at the moment the host starts, and the Raymond mill grinding work officially begins.
Raymond mill shutdown process
1.Stop feeding: turn off the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and cut off the material supply;
2.Delayed stop of the main machine: stop the Raymond mill main machine after about 1 minute to ensure that the material in the grinding chamber is emptied;
3.System purge: keep the blower running until the residual powder in the pipeline is blown away (recommended 3-5 minutes), then turn off the blower;
4.Turn off the analyzer: stop the analyzer last to avoid residual powder accumulation.
