The feeding of Raymond mill should be uniform and even, not too much or too little. The Raymond mill is designed with positive and negative pressure circulation air. If air enters the discharge port, a small amount of finished materials in the powder collector will be brought back to the main machine and dispersed around the air duct. Long-term operation will cause blockage of the air duct. In daily production, we should pay attention to the counterweight problem of the Raymond mill feeder and do not let air enter the feed port.

The dust collector of the Raymond mill is used for ventilation, heat dissipation and dust removal. The dust collector bag is prone to blockage after long-term use, so it is necessary to replace it in time or beat the bag to keep it in good ventilation after a period of use. If this place is blocked, it will also cause the temperature of the Raymond mill main machine to be too high, work abnormally, and there will be excess materials around the air duct.

The positive and negative pressure design of the Raymond mill circulating air system has extremely high requirements for pipeline sealing. When the positive pressure part leaks, the powder will spray out, which is easy to detect and deal with in time.

However, when the negative pressure part leaks, the air is sucked into the pipeline, which is difficult to detect with the naked eye, but will cause the host to be blocked, affecting the fineness and output of the product, and then causing the air duct to be blocked.
When encountering such problems, you can turn off the host and analyzer, only turn on the fan, and manually check the pipeline in detail. Use smoke testing or pressure testing to accurately locate the leaking point, and use high-temperature resistant sealants, sealing gaskets and other materials to seal it tightly.
